Gina

Gina’s passion for herbalism, horticulture and botany started when she was a young child. Like a magnetic pull, her soul has always been amplified when she is working with and in nature. In her early twenties she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, depression and anxiety. She was tired of being pumped full of pharmaceuticals from a young age and being filled with poisons in mainstream products the society she lives in pushes. She found herself seeking other alternatives and wanted to be able to offer people other solutions, natural remedies and clean products.

Being a natural born nurturer, her mission is to inspire, uplift and empower individuals through education to heal themselves so they find their inner grace and glow while nourishing the mind, body and soul. Gina earned her herbalism training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Western Herbalism and specializes in Clinical Herbalism, Holistic Nutrition, and Ayurveda. Gina continues growing her education by taking current herbal workshops. She plans on returning back to school to receive her birth and death doula certificates and her integrated healing practitioner degree. Gina is a strong believer that every individual has the power to heal their ailments and everyone deserves a chance at a healthy, valuable life. She stands by everyone being connected to nature and nature being connected to everyone. She wants people to know achieving their personal goals is very obtainable, they need to be able to listen to not only their bodies but the universe on what they need to fuel their personal fire.

Gina has been a part of the Revived by Roots team for almost 3 years and loves all the amazing connections she has made on this journey of life. She not only works the farmers markets and helps with production but she creates individualized herbal protocols for people who want an extensive deep dive on their herbal regime. Her protocols offer lifestyle, diet and herbal suggestions tailored to the individual and their personal goals.
