Description:
While this blend will ultimately aide in fertility for women trying to conceive, it is also the overall go to blend for anything that is inbalanced within womens hormones. Keep in mind that our bodies are meant to be fertile when the hormones are balanced properly. So do not let the title of this blend scare you away!
This blend helps with PCOS, Endometriosis, Painful Periods, general PMS symptoms, and hormone imbalances.
Keep in mind that if you are looking to take this blend but not trying to concieve, the best way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy (aside from birth control…which we do not condone or recommend) is to track your ovulation cycle. Tracking your ovulation cycle is NOT the same thing as tracking your periods. The most effective way to do this is by taking your temperature first thing in the morning (before eating or drinking anything and within 5-10 minutes of waking up). Use any of the apps, or a notebook to write your daiy temperature down. You will find that during ovulation your body temperature will raise by about 1 degree.
From a personal experience, When I took this blend (I was trying to conceive), I had been struggling to get pregnant for about a year and I started taking the fertility blend along with a liver cleanse and heavy metal detox (which I HIGHLY recommend to do if you are trying to conceive and it is not working). I noticed that after a month or so of taking this blend, I did not have any cramps or PMS symptoms at all. I also was able to conceive within 3 months of doing the liver cleanse, heavy metal detox, and fertility capsules. I would say that as a general rule of thumb it could take anywhere from 3-12 months for conception to occur after beginning your journey with taking herbal remedies. Keeping in mind that your diet is also SOOO important and making sure you are drinking enough water!
How to take:
Take 1-2 capsules once or twice per day for 12 weeks. Rest for one month, and then repeat the cycle. The reasoning for taking a break is that you want to help your body regulate on its own. It is not 100% necessary to take a break so if you don’t want to, you certainly do not have to (:
