What is it?
Zinc is one of the most important minerals for your body. One of the main things I have always known about zinc is that it binds to vitamins so that they can actually be absorbed. Without this binding agent, the vitamins just flush straight through your digestive tract and do not get absorbed into the blood stream. As I have done more research, there are a wide variety of benefits to Zinc and making sure that you get your daily dose of it!

How to take it:
Steep as a DECOCTION 1 tbsp per 8 oz of water. Drink 3-4 cups throughout the day.
To make in a big batch, it is best to use distilled water for preservation. Steep ¼ – ½ cup herbs per gallon of water. (more herbs you use = stronger tea). Strain, and enjoy! (:
